Shipping

Production & Dispatch

Every Stringscape is strung by hand to order, so please allow time for production. Most custom pieces are dispatched within 2–3 weeks of your payment confirmation; premade pieces from the shop usually dispatch within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your piece leaves the studio.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat rate added at checkout and shown before you pay, and every order ships with a tracked carrier. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery

Once your piece is dispatched, please allow roughly 3–7 business days in transit. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & Damaged Items

Custom pieces are made to order specifically for you and are not returnable, except in the case of damage or a defect. Premade pieces may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. If anything arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.
